BURGUNDY

It's getting clearer by the days (and the fashion shows) that burgundy will be one of the strong colors this upcoming season. This dark red hue compliments pretty much everyone and is the best way to add a little bit of color while staying in the darker palettes of fall/winter time.

WHAT I BOUGHT

Since I can't really do proper outfit posts I give you this little 'haul' for the moment. These are a few items of the things I recently bought, recently meaning even a few months ago ( the Marni x H&M shorts). I also bought the cutest piggy bank at Winners cause I obviously need to do a little bit of saving if I want to be able to afford my *tiny* shopping addiction!!

WHAT'S THAT JACKET H&M?!

The rumor that has been going around for the last couples of days has been confirmed, Maison Martin Margiela   will be the next fashion house to collaborate with the Swedish retailer H&M this upcoming November. It will be quite interesting to see how this collabo works out!!

TRENDS

Trends always get shyly introduced and then make a strong statement the following year, so many returning and new ones for this spring/summer season. Here's visuals for the top 3 that I like.

Florals: We saw a little bit of it last summer but nothing as powerfully executed as this spring!

 

Peplum: love this one!! Wether it be a top, skirt or a dress I find this detail ads a touch of chicness to your outfit.                                                                                                                                                               

Wide legs: Slowly falling in lust with the wide legs trousers!!

Can't wait for warmer and sunnier weather to wear a crisp white pair of denim, I like how it can instantly turn a casual outfit into something more chic with just a few changes like a nice blazer or a top adorned with cute accessories!
